Expect locally quarried Mandale limestone, Kartell furniture, British designer Juliet Travers wallpaper, and a host of other luxury brands, both local and international. With Beyond Venues, you don’t need to expect the unexpected—you just need to expect the best. From comfortable beds and top-quality appliances to en-suites for every bedroom, all looked after by our excellent housekeeping team. As one of our guests, you can make your stay your own. If you’d like private caterers, extra cleaning, or bespoke activities, there are plenty of options available. Our team is happy to help with recommendations and arrangements.

Experience Britain Our homes are situated in some fantastic rural and beachside locations. We want to make sure you can relax in our homes, but also experience the escapism of nature around you. Each home has outdoor seating so you can enjoy the sunshine and breath-taking views—or embrace the charm of a rainy British BBQ. Private outdoor spaces allow you to truly switch off from everyday stress. We also encourage you to explore. Walking, horse riding, and cycling are all on your doorstep. From the dramatic hills of the Peak District to the sandy beaches of Cornwall, there’s plenty to experience at all of our locations. We’re happy to recommend local companies for outdoor equipment hire, or, if you’re bringing your own, we can suggest safe places to store it. We prioritise the use of local produce and suppliers when fitting out our homes. We equip each house with recycling bins, have reduced single-use toiletries and cleaning products, and provide water filters so you can refill bottles during your stay.
